Butterflies of Lassen Volcano National Park

Has anyone heard of a field guide entitled "Butterflies of Lassen Volcano 
National Park" by someone by the name of Crabtree?  I have heard that this 
is a good prototype for a butterfly field guide and I am trying to get a 
copy, but cannot find it. Thanks,
