Oh, Liz, that's hot, sunny, very well-drained areas in England. Giggle.
You and I would not be impressed by their heat, sun and draining.
We have gardeners in South Florida trying their best to get Buddleia to
grow here. Sigh. When it gets away, they'll be sorry.
