Charley et al:

Two excellent references are:  Bibliography of Biographies of 
Entomologists, Mathilde M. Carpenter, 1945, The American Midland 
Naturalist. 33(1):1-116 and she published a supplement, same journal, in 
1953.

And: A Compendium of the Biographic Literature on Deceased 
Entomologists, Pamela Gilbert, 1977, British Museum (Natural History) 
455 pp.  It might still be available from the BM.

The info you desire is in both publications.  There are several entries 
for each of the names you list.  Everyone should have these references, 
if not the actual publications, stored in an easy-to-fine place.  They 
are invaluable.
