[Nhcoll-l] Details for Botany Bill - HR 1054 - ACTION ALERT

Maybe I missed something here, but the original post on this thread was
about a Bill being introduced that would promote an increase in botanical
knowledge and promote the use of native plants in federal projects.  How
did this conversational thread get hijacked into a discussion of
legislation about endangered species and sage grousel?
