Would be useful to know what are you putting in your barcode number.
Web address, UUID, or something similar?
In any case, I hope you (and you all) do not anymore write data into
traditional 1-dimensional barcodes. When digitizing your collection
1-dimensional barcodes take excessive computing time to detect and
decipher. Besides, they can easily be printed wrongly, start or end
bars missing, too much or too little ink, no error correction. Please
only use QR codes, thank you,
