[Nhcoll-l] [EXTERN] Shipping sampled leaf material to China

Thank you everyone for your insights, resources, and super helpful
suggestions. It's been a while since I have had to ship anything to China,
and I know regulations change periodically. Surprisingly, the researchers
did not seem to be aware of the specific regulations for shipping into
their country, so I had consulted with the herbarium that is in their
institution and unfortunately received no response. I will follow up with
your suggestions - so again, many thanks!
