[Yale-readings] Creeley at Beinecke 10-13, 4 pm

Please join us on Thursday, November 13, at 4 pm at the Beinecke Rare Book 
and Manuscript Library for a poetry reading by Bollingen Prize winner 
Robert Creeley. A reception will follow; this event is free and open to the 
public.

Robert Creeley is the author of more than 75 books of poetry, prose, and 
literary criticism, including his recently published collection If I Were 
Writing This (2003), Just in Time: Poems 1984-1994 (2001), En Famille 
(1999), Life & Death (1998), and So There: Poems 1976-83 (1998). One of 
America's most honored living poets, Creeley has been awarded the Lannan 
Lifetime Achievement Award, the Frost Medal, Lila Wallace/ Reader's Digest 
Writers' Award, and the Bollingen Prize for Poetry and has received grants 
and fellowships from the NEA, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the 
Guggenheim Foundation. He Distinguished Professor and Samuel P. Capen 
Professor of Poetics and the Humanities at the State University of New 
York, Buffalo, and Distinguished Professor of English at Brown University.
