[yul-naco] Personal and Corporate Name cheat sheets

Hello everyone,

When I did the NACO Personal Names training, I shared a cheat sheet I had made with my training group. Since I recently completed the Corporate Names training, it occurred to me that I might as well share the cheat sheets with everyone.
(Note that the Corporate Names sheet does not include Conferences. In my mind they are different enough that I will probably make a separate sheet for that).
