[yul-naco] Update on Authority Toolkit Installation Session

Good morning!

I have a note from our instructor, Shelby, about the Authority Toolkit installation. Please restart your computer before logging into the session and make sure OCLC Connexion isn't running. This will help prevent any hiccups during the installation process. Shelby has also prepared some handy written instructions, attached.
