The Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC) Participants Meeting at ALA Annual 2008 will be held on Sunday, June 29, 4:00-6:00 p.m. in the Anaheim Convention Center, Room 204C.  The entire agenda is at the end of this message.

Featured presenter, Barbara Tillett, Chief, Cataloging Policy and Support Office, Library of Congress,  will provide a "General Overview and Background for RDA: Resource Description and Access."  As you know, RDA, the next generation cataloging code designed for the digital environment, is under development.  This presentation provides background on its development and a general overview of the conceptual models, international principles, and structure of the new code.

This presentation is the fourth in the PCC's professional development series designed to provide the opportunity to hear experts discuss important topics of current concern to the PCC community.
