[Yulpub] Re: ProQuest database outages

Just to follow up, ProQuest confirmed we have some subscription lapses.  
They also include:  Ethnic Newswatch, Genderwatch, and AltPressWatch.

The database access is being re-enabled while we sort out the 
subscription renewal situation.  The access re-establishment may take 
effect later today or at the very latest via overnight batch.
