[KineJapan] Japanese film books in Moscow, 1929

Hi Roger,

Perhaps I’m wrong, but my guess is Iijima Tadashi’s 1928 book Shinema no ABC (飯島正『シネマのABC』東京: 厚生閣書店,1928). The book has 248 page and DOES begin with an article titled “Rhythm in Film” (「映画のリズム」). 

Iijima was known as a translator of Léon Moussinac’s Naissance du cinéma (1925) and Le cinéma soviétique (1928) and in this article cites his “Du rythme cinégraphique” (1923).
