Hello All.
If you've upgraded to Unicode, you might (or might not, depending on
circumstances) get the following message when you try to import new
records into Voyager: "The record character encoding does not match
the import format; record skipped"
In this case, you'll need to delete the old records, using the
"Delete OCLC & RLIN files" utility. This handy utility should be
located under your start button; however, newer computers might not
have this utility. If your computer does not have this utility, you
can get it very quickly from PC Amigo. Just look for the label
"Delete Utility" on PC Amigo.
Other people might have a problem with the shortcut icon for RLIN21.
The new icon will say "RLIN21 test 3.1". If the icon you're clicking
says simply "RLIN21", then you might be using the old version of
RLIN. Check under "help" to see which version you're using. Delete
the old icon for the older version of RLIN21.
